Tomas Piquero Rosenberg
Co-Founder & Principal
Tomas is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida, and an accomplished architect and project manager with over 20 years of international experience in design, construction, and real estate development.
Originally from Argentina, Tomas earned his degree in Architecture and went on to complete a Master’s in Project Management in Spain—equipping him with a strong foundation in both creative design and technical execution.
Since establishing himself in South Florida, Tomas has collaborated with some of the region’s most respected luxury developers and general contractors. His work is known for its sophistication, refined aesthetic, and meticulous attention to detail.
As Co-Founder of PiA Construction Group, Tomas leads with both vision and precision, ensuring every project exceeds expectations in quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
Carolina Almeida Alzamora
Co-Founder & Principal
Born in Ecuador and educated in Germany and Colombia, Carolina Almeida Alzamora brings a truly global perspective to architecture and design. With over two decades of experience creating luxury residential and commercial spaces across more than five countries, she has built a reputation for refined aesthetics, strategic thinking, and human-centered design.
For over 15 years, Carolina held a leadership role in the international expansion department of a global luxury brand, where she oversaw the design and project management of high-end retail stores around the world. Her work delivered consistent, elevated brand experiences across markets—merging architectural vision with operational precision.
Carolina holds a Master’s degree in Design, Leadership, and Business Expansion from Spain, which deepened her ability to bridge visionary design with business strategy. At PiA Construction Group, she leads the firm’s design direction and client engagement. Her attention to detail, empathy, and people-centered leadership are key to the successful delivery of even the most ambitious projects.
