This residence is located in one of the few historic buildings in Edgewater. Our goal was to highlight what made the unit unique and design around those features. With its oceanfront views, existing mid-century millwork, and the need for versatile rooms to accommodate different uses, the design had to balance character with functionality.
We paired high-end construction materials with soft textures that complemented each other, elevating both the comfort and the sophistication of the space. Throughout the process, our team managed the construction with precision, ensuring that every detail was executed to the highest standards. The result is a residence that feels tailored, timeless, and perfectly suited to our clients’ lifestyle.
